Ülesande püstitus
Kuivdoki tühjendamist veest alustatakse „Tühjenda“ nuppu vajutamisega, kus suletakse kuivdoki lüüs silindri abil. „Tühjenda“ nupp mõjub siis, kui kuivdokis on vett, pumbad ei tööta, ja „Stopp“ nupp ei ole aktiivne.
Peale lüüside sulgemist pumbataks kuivdokist vesi välja (kuivdokki veest tühjendavad pumbad käivitatakse). Pumbad lõpetavad töö kui kuivdokk on tühi või „Stopp“ nuppu on vajutatud. „Stopp“ nupp on NC kontaktiga.
Kuivdoki täitmist veega alustatakse „Täida“ nuppu vajutamisel, kus käivitatakse kuivdoki veega täitvad pumbad. „Täida“ nupp mõjub siis, kui kuivdokk on suletud, pumbad ei tööta, kuivdokk ei ole vett täis ja „Stopp“ nupp ei ole aktiivne.
Peale kuivdoki täitmist veega peatatakse pumpade töö ning jätkatakse kuivdoki lüüsi avamisega.

Exercise: Dry-dock
Exercise description
The dry-dock draining of the water is started when pressing the „Drain“ button. The „Drain“ button works only when water is in the dry-dock, pumps are not working, and the "Stop" button is not active. The dry-dock gateway is closed with the help of cylinders.
The water is pumped (the drain pumps are activated) out of the dry-dock, when it has been closed. The drain pumps are stopped, when the dry-dock is empty or the „Stop“ button has been pressed. N.C. contacts are used for „Stop“ button.
The dry-dock water filling is started when pressing the „Fill“ button. This means that the filling pumps are activated. The „Fill“ button Works only when the dry-dock is closed, pumps are not working, the dry-dock is not full of water, and the "Stop" button is not active.
The filling pumps stop the work and the dry-dock gateway is opened, when the dry-dock is full of water.
