Ülesanne: Puhastusvanni teenindus manipulaator
Ülesande püstitus
„Start“ nupu vajutamisel viiakse korv koos puhastatavate metalldetailidega puhastusvanni. Start võib toimuda ainult siis kui manipulaatorit liigutavad silindrid on algpositsioonis, korv koos puhastatavate detailidega on manipulaatori küljes ning „Avarii“ nupp pole aktiivne. Silindrid on algpositsioonis, kui manipulaator paikneb puhastusvanni ees ja töölised saavad riputada korvi detailidega manipulaatori külge.
Detailide puhastus (mille kestel on korv detailidega puhastusvannis) võtab aega 5 s. Pärast puhastusvanni peavad detailid nõrguma puhastusvanni kohal (detailide külge jäänud puhastusvedelik peab tilkuma/langema tagasi vanni) 3 s. Seejärel liigutatakse korv tagasi puhastusvanni ette.
Süsteemi tööd saab peatada „Avarii“ nupuga. „Avarii“ nupp on NC kontaktiga.
Peale „Avarii“ nupu kasutamist tuleb viia manipulaator algpositsiooni. Selline töörežiim aktiveeritakse vastavale nupule vajutades.
Töörežiimi (metalldetailide puhastamine ja manipulaatori algpositsiooni viimine) valikust peavad andma märku signaallambid. Signaallambid peavad kustuma kui vastav töörežiim on lõppenud.

Exercise: Cleaning tub tending manipulator
Exercise description
The basket with metal parts is transported into the cleaning bath when the „Start“ button has been pressed. The system starts to work when the manipulator moving cylinders are in the initial position, the basket with metal parts has been attached to the manipulator, and the "Emergency stop" button is not active. Cylinders are in the initial position when the manipulator is located in the front of the cleaning bath and workers can attach the basked with metal parts to the manipulator.
The cleaning of the metal parts takes 5 seconds. During this time the basked is in the cleaning bath. The metal parts have to hang above the cleaning bath for 3 seconds after cleaning in the cleaning bath. This allows for the cleaning liquid to fall back to the cleaning bath. In the end the basket with metal parts is moved back in the front of the cleaning bath.
The system work can be stopped with the "Emergency stop" button. NC contacts are used for "Emergency stop" button.
The system has to be moved into initial position when the "Emergency stop" button was activated. This is done (operation mode is activated) when a corresponding button has been pressed.
Some signal lamps are used to indicate the operation mode (cleaning the metallic parts and moving the system to initial position) of the system. The signal lamps are switched off when the corresponding system operation mode has ended.
